Grasshoppers are leaf-eating animals. Apart from that, grasshoppers are able to adapt to the environment with their tree-like body color, they are able to hide themselves from predators who want to eat them.
Yes, he also has long legs to make it easier for him to escape from predators who want to eat him. Yes, he is also very intelligent, he knows that he is almost like a tree, so when we want to approach him, he is careful and covers his body with trees by turning.
