W36E1: Customer isn't always right!

Hello gorgeous people in hive learners community. It such a beautiful evening here to participate in this classic contest.
I won't fail to recognize and appreciate the initiators for their contribution towards the success of this platform. It's such a beautiful one. Choice of words to enable the participants to participate. I so much love this community and its professionalism.

I want to make a clear observation in this community. When I joined this platform newly, we started creating content, with our word count above 300. Few days ago, I have realized that on our discord platform, that our word count should be above 500. This is a big investment and growth in the life of learners.

Customer isn't "always right"

There is this saying that, "customer is always right" I call it a slogan in the world of business. To me, my stand is that, the customer isn't always right. While the saying is well in-tentioned, the fact is that the customer isn't right at all.
Take for instance, a patient going to a doctor to prescribe medication for him/her, and he went back to take more than a dose, that was prescribed for him. He will automatically, kill himself.

In our circular world, we have encountered different customers, it could not be in the market alone, it could be in other platform. I don't know what they used to create customers. They have customers lifestyle that is bad sometimes.

Three years ago, I traveled to Port Harcourt to visit my Aunt. She is a nurse and I was privilege to know about drugs and she shew me how to sell medicine in her chemist. So whenever she went out for a meeting, I would sell for her.

There was this neighboring customer she had, I thank God she was around that day. He is a gentleman who has an accident on his way returning to his house. A vehicle hit him on his leg and he had an open injury, so he was rushed to my aunt's chemist for first aid treatment.

My aunty treated him, did the appropriate thing as a nurse to be sure he is fine. She gave him injection, drugs, and other things. When my aunty was through, she told him the amount he is going to pay, #10,000 (20 HBD). He said to my aunty, that he is giving him the money the next day.

My Aunt, who knows him as his customer waited for him, believing he would come and balance her. Guess what friends? This man never step his foot in my Aunt's chemist for 2 months, he never pass in front of my aunt's house to his work place nor send a message to my aunty.

At times customers do take things for granted and the believe they will need such help again when it happens.

I left my aunt's place without that man showing his face. At this point my aunt was angry, recalling how people owe her #500,000 without seeing them again. Still customers.

It was very bad, revealing to my aunt how unfaithful he is,and unreliable. This particular attributes cause my Aunt to change drastically. If you don't pay in cash, she can't help you.

There are other things that would always make customers not always right.
