The Presence

Greetings, everyone!

I am here to share with you that God is faithful and just to His children.

So to continue from where I stopped the other time about a prophet. God is our prophet, and for a man to reach or be like God, he must be able to lay down his life too, to speak and act like God.

Yesterday, I learned how Eli failed as a king because of his disobedience. As a prophet, he was, when God gave him instructions, but he partially followed them, which made God not happy with him. Because of his disobedience, his prophetic calling was called off and given to another person to be the king. The presence of the Lord departed from him.

So what I learned and discovered from this story is that, the presence of the Lord keeps the prophet of the lord going, in preparing the way of the Lord. Without the presence of the Lord, you will not see, hear, no direction to lead or speak the word to the people.

The presence of the lord comes through purity, word, and prayers.

Genuine prophets will always exhibit love and forgiveness to the people that they are leading and showing compassion.
