Who doesn't enjoy having an artistic escape? Take diaomond painting for instance. It is a great way to forget your day for a little bit and challenge your mind, even your creative side, with challenging patterns that look great when done.

All the Fun With No Mess

One reason I never got into diamond painting was the potential for a mess. Those little pieces just seemed so easy to lose, bump and drop, etc. Add to that fear, not having a viable source to purchase more if needed, forcing me to wait for any replacement pieces to arrive in the mail.

I am no stranger to working with small pieces, I am a big fan of perler bead art which has nothing but small pieces to keep track of. The difference is, additional colors or replacement beads are available locally at several stores for reasonable prices.

Problems with Magic Diamond Painting

Magic Diamond Painting has random ads that seem triggered when you are taking too long on a level. This is definitely annoying.

Seriously, this video was originally over 7 minutes long due to ads popping up and that X button quickly disappearing. This happened way too often to be chance or not intentional by the developer/publisher.

Sadly, it ruins what could have been an amazing introduction to diamond painting.
