My 3Speaking Today

Hey, what's up, players! The truth is that I am very glad to be here once again with this gameplay number 17 of Zelda: A Link to the Past. As always, welcome back to my 3Speak channel. Friends, today finally and after an arduous journey since we obtained the first Pendant, that being the Pendant of Courage, we obtained the second pendant, known as the 'Pendant of Power'. However, we would not achieve this until after carrying out an arduous battle against the Boss that served as the guardian of said Pendant. Said Boss is a trio of giant rock sand-worms that truly made it very difficult for us to access the second pendant. But fortunately, and above all thanks to the good use of Link's bow, we were able to defeat this evil trio that dwelled in the desert temple, before then setting off immediately towards the temple where, according to the general map of Hyrule, the third and final pendant is located, the red one.

The Battle Vs Lanmolas. This boss and guardian of the desert temple turned out to be quite difficult to defeat since at first we could not find its weakness, which ultimately turned out to be striking each one of the heads of this sand-worm trio. This can be done in two effective ways: one is by using our bow and calculating exactly the movement where the head of the sand-worm will be precisely located, thus gradually weakening it. This in itself is not an easy task either, since Lanmolas tends to move very quickly and with a varied movement pattern. The other way is that every time one of the sand-worms emerges from the ground, it gives a warning signal, as in the sand you can quickly see when it is about to emerge. Therefore another way to manage to hurt this monster is to stand very close to the spot in the sand where it is about to emerge and immediately afterwards strike it with our sword. The other recommendation is that you carry a fairy in Link's bottle, since if you lose all your health hearts, then thanks to said fairy you will be able to try again to defeat Lanmolas from the same point, without losing any progress.

The Very Useful Power Glove. After defeating Lanmolas we head directly towards the north of Hyrule for the Red Pendant, which would be the third and final of the pendants that Sahasrahla entrusted us to find. On the way we discover that now with the very useful ability to carry very heavy rocks, we have more options for facing enemies, in addition to being able to reach locations on the map that we would not have been able to access before by any other means. Proof of this can be seen at around minute 06:05 of the gameplay, where we manage to find a secret by lifting an enormous stone from the path. In said secret passage we come across once again a thief who in turn has with him some jars filled with various grey Rupees, so we obtained a good Rupee loot here 🤑

Returning Home. After exiting the Hyrule desert, we head directly to Link's house to recover some health, since as we know, at Link's house we will always have a good number of hearts available to recover health points. From this point on we just have to head towards the north of Hyrule.

Well friends, that is all for today. I truly hope you enjoyed this gameplay number 17. Thank you very much for all the support shown to this 3Speak channel ❤
