Back to doing my makeup

Hi, Gems friends! How are you? I’m so grateful to God for letting me share with you again. Today I’m going to show you this makeup look I did today and tell you how it felt to get back to doing what I love.

This afternoon I had some free time—I didn’t have any college classes—so I decided to recreate a makeup look I’d seen. It was in yellow and burgundy.

I wasn’t able to take step-by-step photos since I remembered too late to take the other pictures, but I’ll share how I did it another day.

Getting back to doing my makeup has made me happy because I love it and I’m passionate about doing makeup. I had stopped doing it since I started college because, honestly, the major I’m studying doesn’t give me time for other kinds of activities.

Putting on my makeup little by little while listening to music gave me a sense of peace.
