Our amazing Brain

I stumbled upon that text and it really made me aware of some important thinks I belief we all keep forgetting to easily.

Fantastical, right?
It is amazing what our brain is capable of. Even when we do not actively think on a task it does a great deal of amazing stuff for us.

That makes me think. So… if our brain can do that in auto mode, why do we often say we cannot do something or follow new ideas when we start actively thinking on it?
Maybe because we are sometimes not our best friends when it comes in believing in our abilities and what we can do.

From today on we should put some bigger portion of trust in our abilities and trust in us that we can do make a change.
“it’s impossible to...” is no more!
