You might be wondering why I have so much time to do so many things. The truth is I do have time for things that matter. After the freediving session last Saturday, I spent the entire Sunday at home chilling with my parents and my brother. Spending quality time at home is one of my non-negotiables. On top of that I also scheduled an hour or two to sit down and hone the shy artist in me.

For the record (and as a disclaimer), I am not an expert painter. In fact, I only started painting earlier this month as part of my Personal Development Plan focusing on my creativity. The output of my session last Sunday were results of improving my blending techniques and mastering the skills in creating new colors out of the only acrylic paints I have. Of course I didn't buy a lot since I'm still starting out.

In my next painting session, I hope to try other methods and new brushes, too!

P. S. My mother is already asking me to paint faces. Chill Ma, I'll get there! 😁
