Copper'n'stones [EN/DE]

At the moment I'm discovering so many new passions, and this one is one of them... When disassembling old electrical appliances and cables (because it's fun :P) I always come across copper as an electrical conductor and I love it as a creative material. At the same time, I found wonderful stones. And thought it was a good idea to combine these two materials. The result is a small selection of jewelry that I would like to show you here. I gave away most of them as a gift.

I sanded all the stones by hand from coarse to fine and finally made them shine with shoe polish. The small notches, some of which serve as guides for the wires, were also ground in by hand. It was a lot of work, but as is often the case, it was meditative.
