The quad launcher has very specific uses. Unlike the rocket launcher it doesn't go straight forever. It is pretty much a grenade launcher and a rocket launcher combined, at least as far as range and launch path goes. It isn't as good at killing people as the RPG is, but it is definitely better at taking out builds. It can destroy wood walls like they are pieces of paper. For Disco domination, it is by far one of the best weapons.

I wouldn't recommend using it as a weapon against other players, however using it to blow someones base up before rushing in is a great idea. It will usually result in you winning the engagement, especially if you get a 84 damage shot before going in for the finish.
