¡Hola comunidad de Hive, esta canción quiero regalarsela a mi papá!

Esta es sin duda una de las canciones que me gusta más tocar porque suena increíble y además su historia y letra me parece muy poderosa. Eric Clapton siempre ha sido un referente tanto vocal como instrumental y me hace muy feliz esta versión.

This is without a doubt one of the songs that I like to play the most because it sounds incredible and its story and lyrics seem very powerful to me. Eric Clapton has always been a reference both vocally and instrumentally and this version makes me very happy

Mi papá murió cuando yo apenas tenía 9 años y aun así 18 años después sigue siendo una persona increíblemente importante en mi desarrollo, tanto personal como musical, a pesar de que nunca pudo escucharme tocar guitarra. ya que empecé a tocar el instrumento luego de su muerte como una manera de escape al dolor y casi de inmediato empecé a componer canciones y la primera se la hice a él, espero pronto poder mostrarselas.

My dad died when I was just 9 years old and yet 18 years later he is still an incredibly important person in my development, both personal and musical, even though he never got to hear me play guitar. Since I started playing the instrument after his death as a way to escape the pain and almost immediately I started composing songs and I wrote the first one for him, I hope to soon be able to show them to you.

Eric Clapton dedicated this song to his son who died in a tragic accident and whenever he performs it it touches every fiber of my soul.
