Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad de Full Deportes en HIVE – 3SPEAK.

Espero se encuentren todos muy bien, amigos del deporte. Recibimos la invitación de José, un amigo entrenador, para que concurramos a un entrenamiento funcional. Sin dudarlo, nos fuimos para conocer de que se trataba y obviamente para hacer algo distinto.

I hope you are all well, friends of the sport. We received an invitation from José, a trainer friend of mine, to attend a functional training session. Without hesitation, we went to find out what it was all about and obviously to do something different.

WELCOME.

Luego entrar bien en calor, con diferentes ejercicios. Cada uno tomo su posición y arrancamos a entrenar. El terreno es con arena, motivo por el cual, costaba un poco más. Rosa y Romina, se animaron al desafio.

Then we warmed up with different exercises. Each one took his position and we started training. The terrain is sandy, which is why it was a little more difficult. Rosa and Romina were up for the challenge.

Luque y Oscar, dos leyendas del grupo El Ciclón. Mayores de 60 años, pero con un espíritu muy joven. Oscar se animó, en cambio, Luque, prefirió rodar un rato con su bicicleta.

José, entrenador que nos invitó a esta hermosa experiencia. Él es masajista, en clubes de futbol, pero le encanta entrenar a amigos del barrio. Por su puesto, también es amante del ciclismo.

José, the trainer who invited us to this beautiful experience. He is a masseur, in soccer clubs, but he loves to train friends from the neighborhood. Of course, he also loves cycling.

Lo importante de relacionarse con personas que comparten la misma filosofía deportiva de uno. Simplemente, ponerse en movimiento e intentar divertirse en el camino.
