Reto - 100 Burpees [Esp/Eng] 🔥🔥🔥

      Los burpees, en todas sus variantes, son ejercicios que permiten trabajar todo el cuerpo, de acuerdo a mi modesto entender.
Cuando veo el Reto, del amigo @albertocoachbl, automáticamente dije, tengo que hacerlo.
