Reto 366 de Burpees Día #60 Total 1830 [Esp/Eng Subtitled] 🔥

   Parecen pocos 60 burpees, pero si lo ves, desde el punto de vista del efecto compuesto, son exactamente 1830 burpees, prácticamente en dos meses. Quise realizar un pódcast para contar un poco, las sensaciones del momento y la importancia de anclar los hábitos que nos hacen mejorar.

      Sé que debo mejorar, principalmente mi nutrición, para comenzar a ver los "resultados" visuales, porque verdaderamente, ya siento los cambios en mi cuerpo. También dolores de espalda y lumbar, pero estimo que sumando elongación, se extinguirán. La organización es muy importante para llevarlo a cabo y también un tándem, que te haga la segunda. Es por eso que @zunitodoterreno, es un pilar fundamental, sobre todo en la motivación de concluir con el reto y disfrutar del proceso.
