      Entiendo que somos parte de un ciclo de la naturaleza y que a través de diferentes vicisitudes en nuestras vidas, a veces perdemos momentos, por estar distraídos por nuestros aconteceres. Creo fundamental ser consciente de los procesos naturales y es por eso que esta situación me llevó a reflexionar.

! [English] I understand that we are part of a cycle of nature and that through different vicissitudes in our lives, we sometimes lose moments because we are distracted by our daily activities. I believe it is essential to be aware of natural processes, and that is why this situation led me to reflect.

      Indefectiblemente, vamos a pasar por diferentes etapas, que en ocasiones nos tirarán por el piso, pero si somos consciente de que es parte del proceso de nuestro crecimiento, creo que lo encararíamos de diferente manera. Como decía nuestras abuelas, siempre que llovió, paró y es por eso, que la resiliencia es necesaria.

! [English] We will inevitably go through different stages, which will sometimes knock us down, but if we are aware that this is part of our growth process, I think we would face it differently. As our grandmothers used to say, every cloud has a silver lining, which is why resilience is necessary.
