   Día #310 del reto burpees #366. Con exactamente 48.213 repeticiones de burpees, realizados ininterrumpidamente durante estos 310 días. Normalmente, lo subo cada 20 días, pero esta vez me retrasé y es por eso que subo los últimos 30 días.

      Ingresamos en el mes 11 (noviembre) y pareciera que no falta nada. Pero créanme, que realizar todos los días, más de 300 repeticiones, cuesta y mucho. Pero me consuelo, con que ya lo peor paso y ahora toca aguantar, ser fuerte y saber que el dolor pasa, pero la satisfacción, queda para toda la vida.

Espero que este reto, te inspire a realizar algún tipo de actividad física y entiendas la importancia de ponernos en movimientos.
