Dicen por ahí que caer es parte del proceso y que cuando más te caigas, más te fortalecerás. Todo muy lindo, pero cuando la caída es sobre el asfalto, la canción suena distinta. Desde un vlog quiero contar las vicisitudes que tengo, mientras "disfruto" del proceso de los entrenamientos. Quizás desde mi experiencia y si realizas algún tipo de actividad física, tomemos conciencia de la importancia de tomar los recaudos pertinentes a la hora de realizar alguna disciplina deportiva. Nada está garantizado, pero el que previene, tiene mayor posibilidad de salir ileso. Espero que este contenido sea de inspiración y por supuesto, los leo en la casilla para tal fin.
