Cooking is fun too
Yesterday my wife and i made a homemade Panga soup (Ofie akwu)…..We started by selecting the palm fruit,wash it and then boiled it….
After some few minutes it was ready us to pound in a mortar
I did the pounding as the man followed by separating the canal from liquid,sieve and boil for some minutes then add ingredients allow it to boil for some minutes then its ready
It was so fun making this soup with my family
