The Reality of New Team Recruiting in Rainbow Six Siege

Hi.

I have been trying to find a team that takes Rainbow Six Siege seriously for awhile now. What I have noticed is that all the teams I have come into contact with care about two things: Rank and KD. After the fact, then they maybe care about your operators. They don't ask if you know about the map, if you can use utility, how you will support the team. And it is sucking the soul out of trying to find a team. I can't find a team that values the value of an individual player over their current in-game stats.

I know they are out there.
