In this birthday month, what we often encounter in Aceh is pulot, which is one of Aceh's traditional foods.

Pulot Aceh is known as a type of traditional cake originating from Aceh, Indonesia. Its specialty lies in the local ingredients used, such as grated coconut and brown sugar, which give it a distinctive taste. Meanwhile, Aceh coffee is famous for its high quality, especially the Arabica Gayo type. This coffee grows in the Gayo highlands, Aceh, and has a unique taste with a fruity and winey touch. The sustainability of coffee production there is often emphasized through organic and Fair Trade certification.
