Hive Top Chef! My Apple Mix Juice

Hello everyone welcome toy blog am so excited to join this week contest @qurator #hivetopchef /Apple. So I taught using apple to make juice and this juice really came out nice.

Apple is a very good fruit that's good for the body it has natural sweetness and fiber and also helps in digestion. If we eat make us to look healthy.

Watermelon in the other hand is a good fruit because it helps in hydrating and also is rich in antioxidant so is also good for the body too.

Cucumber is also good for our skin and also for hydration and tangerine boosts vitamin c and also add flavour to the juice.

Using our hands to make our own juice is better than to take all this process drinks which might not be good to the body. Am a fruit lover I don't joke with fruit at all please come and join me as I shared my recipe.

Ingredients

450g of apple

150g of cucumber

200g of tangerine

400g of water melon

50cl water

Firstly I started by washing my fruits apples, watermelon, cucumber and tangerine.i washed them thoroughly to make sure is clean

Secondly I started to slice my apples, cucumber, watermelon then I pill the back of my tangerine and set aside.

I brought out my blender and added my fruit inside the blender. I added my tangerine, watermelon, cucumber and apple then I added water.

Then I blended the fruit and brought it out and poured it into my sieve so that I can extract the juice. Then I extracted the juice from the chaff.

And the juice is ready to serve guys

This fruit is really sweet I really love it

I drank it and left nothing inside the cup because is very sweet. We don't need to break a bank before we drink good juice.the taste was so sweet I really enjoyed it guys. You all can also try this recipe and share with me let see how you did it. So this is my take on this contest.
