"El Gallo Café" at the Havana International Crafts Fair
Greetings coffee lovers, it is a pleasure to share with you all the experience I had during my visit to the Havana Crafts Fair.
This is a space that is used to promote various handicraft items, both national and international.
These fairs are always very crowded and it is very comforting to find an area where you can have a good coffee.
It was very pleasing to see that Café el Gallo had two stands to offer this drink and some sweets, one at the entrance and the other inside.
Both places had their logo and a very simple sign indicating to visitors that they could find the precious liquid there.
One of the posters promoted the place where this Cafeteria is located, calle 9 na entre. Playa, it is good to see that entrepreneurs can find in the Fair a place to promote their own products.
The local that the coffee shop has inside, exhibits several types of coffee and some jams that can be purchased in that coffee shop.
They were offering some sweets that looked very good and people were buying them a lot, however I was surprised that in the interior store there was not the same variety of sweets as in the store at the entrance.
I asked one of the people who attended this area and they told me that the objective of both spaces was different, while outside the main thing was the sale, the interior store was intended to bring people to know and promote their products with the purpose of doing business.
In my opinion they could achieve both things if they rented a larger space to put some tables or benches in a bar. The guy told me that they had thought about it, but the m2 was super expensive and they had no experience working in exhibitions and fairs.
I hope they are successful, because their coffee has quality and their offers are varied, the prices have a wide range and it depends on your taste, so you can have a strong espresso for less than 200 cup up to a frapuccino for 650 cup.
I was left with the desire to sit down and enjoy my coffee and its aroma, that is why I am going to visit La Cafeteria El Gallo and without a doubt I will share my impressions with all of you.
For now I am very happy to have seen you at the Fair and I hope that next year more Cafeterias will be able to attend and that we will have more coffee offers and less lines to get it.

Saludos amantes del café es todo un gusto compartir con todos la experiencia que tuve en mi visita a la Feria de Artesanía de La Habana.
Este es un espacio que se aprovecha para promocionar variados artículos artesanales, tanto nacionales como internacionales.
Siempre estas ferias están muy concurridas y es muy reconfortante encontrar un área dónde se pueda tomar un buen café.
Fue muy grato ver que El Café el Gallo tenía dos stands para ofrecer está bebida y algunos dulces, uno en la misma entrada y otro en el interior.
Ambos locales lucían su logo, y tenían un cártel muy sencillo, que indicaba a los visitantes que podían encontrar el preciado líquido allí.
Uno de los carteles promocionaba el lugar donde se encuentra ubicada esta Cafetería, calle 9 na entre. Playa, que bueno ver que los emprendedores puedan encontrar en la Feria un lugar donde promocionar sus propios productos.
El local que la cafetería tiene adentro, exhibe varios tipos de café y algunas confituras que puede adquirirse en esa cafetería.
Se estaban ofertando unos dulces que se veían muy bien y las personas lo compraban mucho, no obstante me llamo la atención que en el local interior no hubiese la misma variedad de dulces que el local que tienen en la entrada.
Le pregunté a uno de los que asistían esta zona y me dijeron que el objetivo de ambos espacios era diferente, mientras afuera lo fundamental era la venta, el local interior pretendía que se acercaran a conocer y promocionar sus productos con el propósito de hacer negocios.
A mi modo de ver podían lograr ambas cosas, si rentaran un espacio algo más grande para poner algunas mesas o banquetas en una barra. El muchacho me dijo que lo habían pensado, pero el m2 era supercaro y no tenían experiencia trabajando en exposiciones y ferias.
Espero que tengan éxito, pues su café tiene calidad y sus ofertas son variadas, los precios tienen un rango bastante amplio y está en dependencia de tu gusto, de manera que puedes tomar un expreso, bien fuerte por menos de 200 cup hasta un frapuccino de 650 cup.
Yo quedé con deseos de poder sentarme y deleitarme saboreando mi café y su aroma, por eso es que voy a visitar La Cafetería El Gallo y sin duda alguna compartiré mis impresiones con todos ustedes.
Por lo pronto me hace muy feliz haberlos visto en la Feria y espero que el próximo año sean más las Cafeterías que puedan asistir y tengamos más ofertas de café y menos fila para obtenerlo.
