A bit of an off topic episode this week, but I felt the need to talk about some things on my mind. Namely, my overwhelming emotions that catch me off guard so often.
In this episode I share some of the struggles I'm facing, and the lessons I've learned, trying to deal with my emotional responses, from my biological reactions, to my consciousness taking a back seat to my Amygdala.
