Today's exercise

I work up early at 5am as I always do whenever I planned to do road jog when I looked outside it was like afternoon, the moon shined like sun and everything, everywhere, all corners were so bright. I don't even need flash light to find my foot wear before I find it, I already put on my socks yesterday before bed to avoid midnight cold that frees my foot

I didn't waste time at all, I started the run right from our street to Make my body get worm before I reach the Abuja main express named musa Mohammed express. From karon-majiji to the city gate isn't a short journey but that's how I run it everyday

Today's exercise was really impressive cos I practiced all skills I've got, I added more styles to the styles I use to build my laps and and I feel so alright. I enjoyed Today's exercise than the ones I always do.
