AFRITUNES WEEK 67 || VIOLIN AND VOICE COVER OF 'THANK YOU LORD' @onos-f

I woke up very early in the morning feeling so much peace in my heart just like a baby without any worries. Meanwhile, the night before I went to bed, I had thoughts of different happenstances of life and was a bit worried about the uncertainties that life presents sometimes. However, I prayed and went to bed believing in God's divine intervention and grace. The following morning just as I earlier said, I woke up feeling so happy and excited in an unusual manner. It was indeed an usual excitement and peaceful feeling. As usual, I went to the chapel and had my morning prayers and the Holy Mass together with my brothers. I was so excited during the Mass and sang in an usual manner with so much joy in my heart. After the prayers, I went to the refectory and ate so well in an usual manner, and as usual, after the breakfast before going to my room to prepare for lectures, I strolled to the grotto of our lady of the poor. While I was there reflecting, I discovered a song was ringing on my mind. as I became conscious of the song, I decided to sing it repeatedly with all consciousness and I found so much meaning in it. As a matter of fact, the song made me reflect so deeply on certain past events of my life and how God saw me through tough and rough moments. After a brief prayer and reflection at the grotto, I headed to my room and the first thing that caught my attention in my room was my Violin. When I saw my Violin, I could not resist playing the song over and over again and also decided to share it with you here in #afritunes community. The title of the song is 'THANK YOU THANK YOU LORD'. It's actually a popular worship song especially here in Nigeria. The lyrics may be found on the internet but I will just write it out for you just incase you want to sing along with me.
