In this video, the beautiful ambient tracks by Javier Suarez (Jahzzar) do magic for the words I have written. The poem deals with the beautiful surroundings in which I live and some of the emotions myself and my family experience while living here.

My workflow: when I do not lack the courage, i go outdoors and make a serious attempt to push myself to a new limit. i return to analyse the performance data from my ride, then i blog about it on steemit in the best possible way. A few months ago, I received a shock concerning my health. I am especially grateful to be on the return to cycling, given that there was a month in which I thought it was all over for me.

How do poetry and cycling merge for me?
Well, in order to do anything productively, I need a clear mind.
To have a clear mind, I need to exercise my body. I am often aware of my mind growing into a sedentary state along with my physical form.

On my better days, i experience scattered ideas which I can usually only connect into a coherent concept by jotting down lines of poetry. It is only after working the ideas into shorter lines which economically convey the notions, that I can see something form from it. I am always inspired by nature, so a bike ride is an awesome source of inspiration for me.

I hope you enjoy something in the video and the words along with it. I am indebted to the creator of the music, Jahrezz - I wish he is informed about the video I made here via a tweet or anything. I am also indebted to friends at #poetsunited whose activities and drive to build community, encourage me to focus more on writing.
