TAINTED HOPE
False is it, Tainted it's,
For we look to the,
Future, in despair.
What should we expect ??
What should we look forward to??
Expectations crashed, Hope's dashed.
Our heart's missing beats,
Ridiculed with Doubts,
At the mere thought of what,
Our future holds for us.
Hope is long gone, no one to
Confide in, we slowly trudge along.
Our minds burdened.
Where's the Hope, that once,
Gave us that eagerness, and strength,
To want to achieve, was it False ??
Or maybe it's Tainted,
Heads drooping in despair, for, Our
Hope is tainted, the future is Blur.
Realizing we have been bereft of Hope,
We sag back to what fate has, for us.
In forlornness, we desperately, wait for
A resuscitation of our hope.
Alas,For our hope isn't just tainted, but
Dead.
