Removing a lock from the trunk of Buick Century to get a new key made

In today’s video I removed a lock from the trunk my daughter-in-law’s car. Had a hard time removing it because it's in a small place. Once I remove the lock, I will take it to a Locksmith so he can make a new key for it. When My daughter-in-law bought the car, it only came with an ignition key and a remote control. If she loses the remote or it runs out of battery, she will get locked out the car that is why I'm getting here a new car key. I used a light because we worked on it late at night. We had a problem where it was hard to take off and we lost the metal lock holder. It got stuck in the holes of the trunk. We used a wire hanger to try to get it out but It got suck then we pulled it really hard, and it went flying to the other corner. At the end we got it out with patience. LOL thanks for watching
