Impostors asking for money

 Do you have in a country of beggars begging for money? In Russia we have a lot of them. Most of the speculators who earn so. They can beg for several thousands of rubles - around a fifth of the average wage.  They pretend to be crippled, sitting with young children, old women sit and the elderly, but only a small part of them needs money or food. The more you give money, the more crooks on the streets.
