How To Win : My coaches Advice for beginners BJJ competition
Hey Guys ,
I wanted to share this advice from My Coach John Sheridan of Satori BJJ Dublin
I think the advice contained could be very beneficial to those preparing or thinking about partaking in their first BJJ competitions .
potent point , And this relates to life on and off the mats ; Your daily actions must line up with your goals .....if you want to be a European champion , does a champion eat maccy d's 4 days a week , sleep from 2 am until 12 and train twice a week ??
Similarly ,If you want to be successful in business , does a success talk about their ideas and never take action ...do they procrastinate ...do they fear failure .
Anyway Guys , let me know if this helps , Similar content & Technique Videos to come
OSSS
Keep on rollin'
Matt
