Fire truck Christmas parade

Today in Kelkheim, Germany. A long column of Christmas decorated fire and ambulance trucks paraded through our town. In their 2 hour drive the came through all districts and cheered up thousands of people on the streets. Today we had about -8⁰ Celsius, so warming up our hearts was highly welcomed. It was really nice to see all these many children with shiny eyes.

A big thank you to these volunteers (most of our firefighters in Germany are voluntary) who not only keep us save, but also cheer us up.
