Wen SocMed 3.0?

Decentralized and distributed information-sharing networks are the future, and to even speculate whether that's true or not, would be an insult. In these crazy times where there are more than 2 polarized oppositions that are in a constant struggle for power, detecting and differentiating truth from the non-viable information is the new gold.

To be able to reach such a state, an equal playing field must exist, meaning there's no cap on whatever statement that's written. People have the right to hear both sides of the story and based on the most quality information deduct whether they should trust one side or another.

That being said, I think Hive has great fundamentals for providing and enabling the exact infrastructure for other apps to utilize. I think the security isn't the issue, but I'd love to see an increased number of consensus witnesses to avoid similar stuff that happened to Ronin Network.

Perhaps things could be a bit slower, but a lot safer, not only in terms of internal governance, rather as oracles that trace the price from different sources.

But, once the time comes, we'll know what to do.

I think we should focus on P2E communities to share the trend, call me crazy but gaming will be the number one attractor of regular users to crypto world and if we manage to ride the wave properly, we might capture a lot of value!

We just need to make this place a bit more fun, that's all!

It will be interesting to see how many people will come once Hive explodes above 10USD and the returns for writing become larger and larger.
