What a night!

OffChain Luxembourg just turned 1, and what a night it was! 🧡

We started this journey with just a handful of people and a shared passion for crypto, decentralization, and building something meaningful. One year later, we looked around the room at Indie’s and saw a real community, new faces alongside familiar ones, and a genuine sense of momentum.

It was really amazing to see people coming together with curiosity, openness, and the will to shape the future of finance and beyond.

Wednesday night was proof of that.
We had a full house, two quick presentations sharing what we’ve accomplished and where we’re heading, and something that left a real mark:

Innovation in action! 🧡
With Innopay, we piloted a new payment system at Indie’s.
Now, using the Hive Keychain Wallet, customers can:
• Scan the QR codes directly from the new menus
• Place their orders instantly (sent straight to the kitchen)
• Pay with crypto (HBD and BTC, for now.. 😉)

No waiting for the waitress. No queues to pay. Just smooth, real-world utility.

And there is more to come! Soon, we'll be integrating cashbacks with Distriator!

It’s small moments like these that show how far we’ve come and what’s possible when ideas turn into action.

But what made the night truly special was the sense of unity.
Having OffChain, Hibou Orange, Bitcoin Meetup, and House of Web3 under the same roof reminded us: this ecosystem is growing, and it grows better together.

To everyone who came: thank you for making the evening so special.
To everyone who’s supported, contributed, attended, or just asked questions along the way: this is your story too.
