The DUCAT has been known as a silver and golden coin from the middle ages until the 20th century. Although it originated from Europe it was internationally accepted. Thanks to the 21st century blockchain technology it can be revived in a digital form.
A maximum of 78 billion will ever be created at 8 decimals. The smallest part is known as a Sukoshi {Means a little in Japanese}. There will be enough DUCAT to give a 1 billion Sukoshi to every human being on earth.
The emission of the DUCAT {DCT} will be on HODL first. Part of the airdrop emission will be based on the amount of Milcendo {MCD} and Genkin {GNK} Hivers have on the Steem-Engine. For this a snapshot will be taken, at some point in the near future.
