When you look at our world today, you would see all manner of confusion, anxiety, doubt, and uncertainties among the people, especially the youths. Alot of people have lost their minds and are now taking hard drugs and alcohol to get their lives together.

Jesus said something very profound about our world in John 10:10, where he states that the thief cometh not but for to steal, to kill and to destroy. This means the enemy of God is doing everything possible to frustrate the love, joy and peace that God has made available for mankind.

But the big question remains "How do we overcome our doubts and anxieties?" Brother Eli Soriano made us to understand what the bible says in situations like this, because if we are equipped with the right understanding we would be able to know the mind of God towards our lives.

The bible speaking in Philippians 4:7 tells us about the Peace of God that passeth all understanding and that this Peace of God is what would keep our minds and heart calm amidst the crises of the world.

This peace can be obtained by faith through Jesus Christ. Faith according to the bible means to believe the word of God above every other thing even when we have not seen it manifested physically.

This means we have to believe that God sent his son Jesus christ to deliver us out of the hand of the devil and have given us peace, joy, and rest. This is why Romans 5:1 tells us that we are justified by faith and so we know that we have peace.

It's sad to see that alot of people have lost their minds through addictions, diseases and many have lost hope about this life and the afterlife. Bro Eli gave example of how people who get diagnosed with transmittable diseases go about trying to infect as many people that are yet to be affected.

This goes to show that many do not even care or have hope for a life after this. But God has made us His sons and daughters so we are pure and we have hope, 1 John 3:3.

The truth is that worrying doesn't solve our problems, it rather increases it. No wonder Jesus speaking in Matthew 6:27 Says who can add one cubit to his lifespan by being anxious. We must know that God is bigger than our problem and as Christians the instruction is to cast all our cares to him 1 Pet 5:7 tells us so.

The same way our earthly parents care for us even before we are born by buying our cloths and preparing for our well being before and after we are born. So God is much more caring and wants us to trust him to take control. This makes Matthew 7:11 even more clearer now.
