Tal vez un poema al despertar, una frase escrita a mano en tu espejo, o un capítulo antes de dormir..
This month, the focus is not on achieving more, but on feeling more. On honestly looking at what lives within us, what moves us, what we struggle with. And from there, choose with intention. May each step, each meal, each shared word be a way of honoring yourself.
