Sleep is improving

I really love my Oura Ring, even is some days it thinks I'm ready to take on the world when I feel like I've been hit by a truck.

Today isn't one of those days

I had a great sleep last night, and my resting heart rate has stabilized where I like it, below 50bpm.

Last night I had a great sleep and woke up rested, feeling like I can attack this Monday and take on the world.

Its not the moment, its the trend

On other platforms I see a lot of people complaining that their rings aren't accurate, or they are not feeling like the ring thinks they are feeling.

Here's the thing. Its the trend that matters, not the day or even week.

If you are consistently at low readiness, or consistently have a low sleep score, it is important to take action so that you are increasing your chances of having a long healthspan.

Start working on the habits that help increase these metrics and decrease the harm to these metrics. I use the tagging feature with Oura to track my caffeine and alcohol intake to see if there is a correlation b/w low readiness or sleep score and when I drink my poisons.

Keep calm and keep going.
