Fun With A Feather

Last night I spent some time photographing a feather at 5x Magnification. I had to do a focus stack of 110 photos due to the shallow depth of field this produced. But after 23 minutes of shooting, 10 minutes of uploading, 7 minutes of rendering, And about an hour in photoshop this was what I was able to produce. I really like the level of detail you can see where every fiber of the feather is defined. I want to do more with feathers and can wait to experiment some more.
