Your mind focuses on things you expose yourself to

• the books you read
• the content you consume online
• the influences you have in your life

All these ideas accumulate and bounce around in your head

They impact your energy, mood, and how you think/feel

Be mindful of this and curate what you consume

Overthinking will destroy your ability to be happy

Train your mind to let go of things you can't control

Trade your time for knowledge

Trade your knowledge for value

Trade you value for money

Train your mind, body, pockets and soul

Mind:

  • Reading
  • Writing

Pockets:

  • Investments
  • Business

Body:

  • Eating right
  • Enough sleep, sun and water
  • Exercise

Soul:

  • Meditation
  • Practising gratitude

Become a superior human

Meditation is an investment

Invest 20mins into it everyday, especially in the mornings

It pays in the form of:

  • better focus
  • improved mood
  • mental clarity
  • more creativity
