Local wine making

This is the traditional way of making wine in Nepal. It is mostly made in Gurung, neawr, Magar ect family. This wine is made up of kodo, which is called millet. This wine taste like vodka, it's a hard drink.

Normally it is made by cooking millet . After that let millet to be cool. Then mix with yeast, called marchaa . Which helps to fermentation. And the fermented mix is transferred to an earthenware called to remain there for the next 15 days.
Then after it is ready for distillation.
