Fusca

fusca is the most popular street food of bangladesh.i really like it.its spicy,sour and crispy test.i always prefer homemade one.so i share with u my easy recipe of fusca..
Ingrediants
For dough
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup semolina
1 teaspoon solt
Oil for deep fry

For stuffing
200 gm peas
1 cup boil potato
2 onion
4 green chillis
Solt

For tamarind water
500 gm tamarind
1 teaspoon cumin pawder
1/3 teaspoon red chillis

How to make
1.at fast mix flour and semolina and make smoth dough.
2.divide the dough 6 balls and roll ball into flat thin bread.
3.cut the bread with cookie cutter.
4.fry the fusca shells medium hit others
shells won't cripy.
5.mix the boil peas,boil potato,onion and solt.
6.and crused chillis,solt,cumin pawder in tamarind water.
7.now hole in the fusca shells and insert peas stuffing there.
