Zippo hack: cheaper alternative for zippo lighter flued.

I have been using zippo lighters for over 10 years now. I really love them but i never use regular zippo fuel. After doing some research i found out zippo fuel is the same as normal naphtha with a few additives added to it. Your zippo burns just as well on regular naphtha and it's a lot cheaper. The margins on zippo flued must be skyhigh. I think from a business perspective this is the real money maker for zippo because they can only sell you a lighter once but they can sell you their overpriced lighter flued for a lifetime.

Only use naphtha as an alternative, i have seen people throw a lot of things into their zippo but it doesn't burn as smooth. Gasoline for instance works in a zippo but the flame leaves a lot of soot.
