Tapas Tuesday

Hello Everyone.
Well it's Tuesday and I have today off work, so decided to spend the day around the pool and enjoy a few tapas at the same time.

We decided besides having the usual cheese,chorizo, we would also make Coca (prenounced korkah). Coca is a typical Mallorcan dish with a savoury pastry base and red and green pepper, garlic, onion, sprinkled with salt, pepper and olive oil topping which then is baked in the oven. In the picture above is the freshly baked Coca and boy did it taste good.

We also had some gazpacho and guacamole, however we were not as industrious here and these were shop bought.

Homemade or shop bought everything was super tasty and finished off in no time.
