Hit the gym while the world was still quiet—and it felt amazing. There’s something powerful about getting your workout done early… no distractions, no excuses, just focus.
Today I switched things up with some new exercises:
✅ Bulgarian split squats (killer, but in a good way)
✅ Resistance band face pulls (great for posture)
✅ Dumbbell tempo rows (slow and controlled = 🔥)
It’s easy to fall into a routine, but challenging the body in new ways is where the real growth happens.
