The Bitshares blockchain offers Hash Time-Locked Contract functionality; HTLC offers users the ability to transfer funds to an user only once they have been provided a password to access the funds.

Below is how the HTLC page appears for both the payer and the receiving accounts:

Here's how it looks to extend an existing HTLC operation:

Then here's how it looks to redeem your HTLC operation:

With these features you're now able to craft, extend and redeem HTLC operations via the Bitshares Astro UI!
