🎅🏻Printed Flannel Tutorial
Hello friends welcome to this new tutorial, I will be showing you a flannel print that I have made at home, my colleagues at work wanted to send to make some flannels for this Christmas and so they can go identified, but send to make these flannels cost a little money.
So I said why not make the flannel print myself, so below I will leave you the materials I used for the realization of the Christmas flannels.
Materials
Plastic tape
Red, black, white, gold and white fabric paints.
Sponges
Brush
Acetate sheets
Black flannel
Here you can see the materials I am using to make these flannels.
First I used the acetate sheets, I placed them on top of the laptop screen and with a marker I made the numbers, then with a cutter I carefully cut the numbers, the truth was a challenge because it is the most difficult part.
Once we have the mold ready, we are going to use a board, we place the board inside the flannel, then we are going to place the mold and we are going to fasten it with tape as you can see in the photo.
The next step is to apply the paint carefully giving small strokes with the sponge, so we will wait for it to dry, then apply the second coat, wait for it to dry again and continue applying another coat until we see that the letter is well covered.
When the numbers are finished and well painted, we will remove the mold, then place the other mold I made for the Christmas hat.
I applied red color and on the bottom I applied the white color and waited for it to dry so I could apply other layers again, I did this until it covered everything completely.
Finally we removed the molds, I made one with some stars and added snow to draw people's attention.
I made 3 flannels and I also have to finish making others, the truth is I love the result for being the first time I do this, at first I was nervous but I trusted the process.
I hope you like it
See you next time
