Welcome everyone to a new week. Last week, we presented the NEWBIES OF THE MONTH and ever since then, we have been receiving messages from the newbies on what their first task would be. In this task, we would approach understanding how the newbies feel being on Hive.

So the task for the month goes as you read below.

Iniciativa de Novatos

Bienvenidos todos a una nueva semana. La semana pasada presentamos a los NOVATOS DEL MES y desde entonces, hemos estado recibiendo mensajes de los novatos sobre cuál sería su primera tarea. Esta tarea, la enfocaríamos a entender cómo se sienten los novatos al estar en Hive.

Así que la tarea del mes es la siguiente

Experiences and Challenges on Hive:

The task is very simple. It is only required to share your experience during your first few days on Hive and those challenges you faced.

Also, you can point out those challenges you are still facing as a newbie and, presently, what you may think can be done to solve them.

It is okay if you don't have the solutions to your challenges. The important thing about this task is to point out all your difficulties and challenges. Feel free to ask questions on these challenges you are facing.

After that, we would organize a discord meeting on SMILE DISCORD SERVER to address every question and challenge asked and share our personal Hive experiences. This meeting would be both in Spanish/English, so there would be human translators for both languages.

Please share your posts in the SMILE Discord Server under the #newbies-initiative-posts channel. Please share it too in the comments of this article. For the title, you can use "Newbies Initiative Task - Experiences and Challenges On Hive."

Experiencias y desafíos en Hive:

La tarea es muy simple, sólo se requiere que compartas la experiencia que tuviste durante tus primeros días en Hive y aquellos desafíos que enfrentaste.

Además, puedes señalar los retos a los que todavía te enfrentas como novato y lo que crees que se puede hacer para resolverlos.

No pasa nada si no tienes las soluciones a tus retos. Lo importante de esta tarea es señalar todas tus dificultades y desafíos. No dudes en hacer preguntas sobre estos retos a los que te enfrentas.

Después, organizaremos una reunión en el SMILE DISCORD SERVER para tratar todas las preguntas y retos planteados y también para compartir nuestras experiencias personales en Hive. Esta reunión sería tanto en español como en inglés, por lo que habría traductores humanos para ambos idiomas.

  • We expect Newbies to power up as much Hive as possible in their first month. Here, you can learn how to convert HBD to HIVE.

  • Posts made by participating newbies are advised to be shared in the SMILE DISCORD SERVER in #newbies-initiative-posts under the "ALIENTO" category newbies can engage with each other by commenting on shared posts. We will be looking for healthy comments and supporting them through upvotes or tips via the peakd@peakd tipping system.

  • Engaging with other newbies is a very important requirement. Comments give life to the blockchain, and they are a great way to meet new friends and expand our vision of Hive.
