Kirra parkrun

A really nice part of the world, espically early in the morning before it get too busy with tourists. It is my third visit to this double out and back course along the famous Gold Coast Beach and world surfing reserve. It is also very close to the Coolangatta airport and the New South Wales boarder so they get lots of visitors. There is nothing better than a swim in the ocean straight after the run any time of year in sunny Queensland but even more so in summer.
