[SteemCreate] Improved Account Name Validation

Issue

Username form was not properly validating that usernames did not contain special characters that are not allowed.

Solution

Improved the username validation to check for special characters that are not permitted for Steem accounts.

Summary

By improving the SteemCreate username validation to prevent users from entering invalid usernames, there will be less unexpected issues during account creation. When a user types their username in the field, the name will be checked for proper format as well as availability in the network. Only if both checks pass will the Checkout button appear.
