吃牛杂煲
和UU一起去吃潮汕牛杂煲,某app上团的双人套餐,我俩到的挺早,老板说晚上刚营业,而且她家过年不打烊!每个桌子上都有一个锅,上面写着土陶,我们第一次来吃这种,就问老板这是土陶砂锅吗?然后得知是打边炉(有时路过会看到但没进去尝试的打边炉)
牛杂的种类很多,筋头巴脑看着就胶原蛋白很足,牛肝沾上老板自制的小料,倒也不太噎人……锅里自带有白萝卜(个人觉得这个炖的最好吃)白菜、金针菇、响铃卷,炸腐皮,小酥肉逐一丢进锅里都放不下
我俩都是捞着飘在上面的菜吃,边吃还说牛杂好像有些少,没想到老板听见了,说锅里是一斤多的牛杂!让我们捞捞锅底。没一会儿,就捞出来3小碗牛杂😂,那时候快吃饱了,牛杂实在吃不完,且有些咬不动,硬吃也没吃完 😂
